Installation of the Pneumatic Actuator and Valve
1.Adjust the output shaft of the device to the closed position, close the valve, install the output shaft with its hole aligned with the mandrel and key, and then fix it with the bolt and valve bracket.
2.The opening and closing switch debugging should be carried out after the valve and pneumatic device are installed. If they open and close easily, with accurate positioning and no jamming, they are qualified. Otherwise, investigate the causes and troubleshoot.
3.Precautions:
A. Keep the air source dry and clean, and keep impurities away from the cylinder to avoid affecting the normal operation of the pneumatic device.
B. Frequently clean and maintain the surface of the device.
C. Conduct regular inspections.
Typically, the assembly of the actuator and ball valve is done using a bracket and connection set. Alternatively, they can be assembled by inserting the special stem into the shaft hole of the pneumatic actuator. Ensure that the spindle nose does not extend outside the shaft hole of the actuator, as this may cause malfunction due to jamming. All connecting parts must have high assembly precision; otherwise, changes in the opening or closing angle may cause valve leakage. The assembly tolerance of the parts should comply with relevant standards. The tolerance for the spindle nose of the shaft hole (stem), square hole, and slot is H11/d11, with parallelism and symmetry at a grade 9 geometric tolerance.
