It does not have a check valve built in, so it is only used for pure pipe connection and diversion (without control function). If the system already has a separate check valve, or if the system only needs to evenly distribute a single fluid stream to multiple branches without specific sequence requirements (such as multiple cooling points), then a five-way connector is an economical and direct choice. This connector is made of cast stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance. It forms a passivation film in oxidizing environments and is resistant to water, steam, atmosphere, various chemicals, and chloride corrosion.

The core feature of the Stainless Steel Five Way Connector without Check Valve manufactured by Joepai Factory is that the valve body itself has five ports: 1" female x 1" female x 1" male x 1/4" female x 1/4" male. It is a purely connecting component with an internal hollow channel and no moving parts, and does not have any control functions such as check valve or regulation. Its sole purpose is to collect or distribute fluids. For a small pump system control unit, the five-way connector acts as a compact integrated mounting platform, bringing together all key monitoring and protection components.

System Composition Details:

Five-way connector: The core framework of the system, connecting all components into a whole, minimizing pipe joints and reducing the risk of leakage.

Interfaces: 1-inch female port (water inlet), 1-inch male port (water outlet), another 1-inch female port (for connecting a check valve), 1/4-inch female port (for connecting a pressure switch), 1/4-inch male port (for connecting a pressure gauge).

Main passage (inlet and outlet): Connects the pump outlet to the pipe leading to the water point, and is the main flow path of the medium.

1/4-inch pressure switch: This is the system's "automatic brain." It monitors system pressure, starting the pump when the pressure falls below the set lower limit and stopping the pump when it reaches the upper limit, achieving fully automatic operation.

1/4-inch pressure gauge: This is the system's "status eyes." It provides real-time, intuitive pressure display for debugging, observation, and troubleshooting.

If your system already has a separate check valve, or if you don't need a check valve function at all and simply require a reliable "manifold," then the 5-Port Connector is the most economical and straightforward option. Its value lies in simplifying piping layouts and reducing the number of separate fittings. Specific scenarios include:


Multi-point Monitoring and Sampling

Scenario:  Multiple branches need to be tapped from the main pipeline to install monitoring instruments.

Example: Simultaneously connecting a pressure gauge, a pressure transmitter (sensor), and a safety valve. The five-way connector provides a centralized and stable mounting point for them.


Fluid Distribution and Collection
