The JOEPAI high quality Carbon Steel Parallel Double Disc Flat Gate Valve adopts a unique metal contact structure, which is reliable in action and has extremely high cutting performance. It is widely used in emergency shut-off valves and vent valves under high pressure to extremely low temperature conditions. In addition, the metal contact structure itself has a fireproof function.

Structural characteristics
The wedge degree of the wedge block of the parallel double gate valve is much greater than the self-locking angle, making it easy to open and requiring less power.
When the Carbon Steel Parallel Double Disc Flat Gate Valve is fully opened, a metal seal is formed between the end of the valve stem and the hard alloy welding sealing surface of the valve cover. At this time, there is no medium pressure at the packing, and the packing can be replaced online.
Adopting a support open structure design can provide a greater forced sealing preload force, making the seal more reliable.
The valve cover can be made into various structures according to actual working conditions, such as using corrugated pipe sealed valve cover for toxic media, using heat dissipation valve cover for high temperature, and using self sealing valve cover for high pressure, ensuring the safe and reliable use of the valve.
Low leakage packing is selected as the filling material, and a disc spring loading design is used at the packing location for more reliable long-term sealing.
By using advanced surface extrusion technology to increase the surface hardness of the valve stem and reduce roughness, the wear of the packing during the valve opening and closing process can be reduced, while preventing valve stem strain.
The middle flange is sealed with a metal wrapped gasket, which has good sealing performance and fire prevention function.
The sealing structure composed of two parallel gate plates and wedge tightening devices replaces the traditional wedge gate valve structure, making the opening and closing process of the valve easier.
The valve internals are designed entirely of metal and can withstand high temperature media. The wedge-shaped block adopts a large wedge angle design, which allows it to be easily pulled out even under high temperature conditions without any swelling or dead phenomenon.
