Product Installation

1. Clean the inside of the High Pressure Cast Steel Gate Valve PN16 before installation, and there should be no impurities on its valve chamber and sealing surface.
2. Tighten the bolts connecting each part evenly with force.
3. Check whether the filling part is tightly compressed, ensure the sealing of the filling is tight, and the gate can be flexibly opened and closed.
4. Before installation, check the valve model, size, and other information, and ensure that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the specified flow direction.
5. During installation, a certain amount of space should be left to facilitate the operation of valve drive.
6. Strictly follow the instructions on the wiring diagram to arrange the wiring of the drive device.
7. After installation, it is necessary to maintain it regularly.
