The durable Electropolished Stainless Steel Hygienic Tri-Clamped 3 PCS Ball Valve designed by JOEPAI is a widely used type of valve in recent years. It is a relatively new type of ball valve with some unique advantages of its own structure, such as frictionless switching, less wear on seals, and small opening and closing torque.
JPOEPAI High Quality Sanitary Ball Valves Clamp 3 PCS Ball Valves are widely used in harsh cutting work such as petroleum and chemical industries. Their sealing surface and spherical surface are often in a closed state and will not be corroded by the medium. The three piece internal thread ball valve only needs to be rotated 90 degrees with a small torque to tightly close. In addition, the ball valve body can be integral or modular.
Product Application
Electropolished Stainless Steel Hygienic Tri-Clamped 3 PCS Ball Valves are widely used in the food, beverage, chemical, and cosmetic industries for regulating medium flow. The full-port design with no restriction is ideal for handling viscous and particulate liquids.
Working Principle
The manual ball valve is operated by an actuator with a 90-degree rotary handle. By rotating the handle, the valve achieves axial movement to open or close.
The pneumatic actuator converts the axial movement of the piston into a 90-degree rotation of the valve shaft, enabling the valve to open or close, thus controlling the flow in the pipeline system.
Standard Design
We offer ball valves in various standards, including DIN, 3A, SMS, ISO/IDF, BS/RJ, and ASME/BPE, to meet client requirements.
Cleaning Method
Sanitary Ball Valves Clamped 3 PCS Ball Valves require professional personnel to inspect them every time they go to work, regularly open the flushing valve and drain valve bottom plugs for flushing, and if necessary, regularly disassemble the valves for flushing to prevent them from being blocked by dirt.
The trapezoidal threads on the surface of the Sanitary Ball Valve Clamp 3 PCS, valve stem and valve stem nut, sliding parts between the level gauge valve stem nut and bracket, as well as gears, worm gears, and other parts are prone to accumulate a large amount of dust. Oil stains, residual media, and other contaminants can cause wear and corrosion to valves. Therefore, it is very important to regularly maintain the cleanliness of the valve appearance and moving parts, and protect the integrity of the valve paint.
