JOEPAI high quality Fluorine Lined Flange Ball Valve is designed for highly corrosive media such as HCl, H₂SO₄, and hydrofluoric acid, solving internal leakage issues of standard metal valves under rapid acid/alkali corrosion. Features FEP/PFA/PTFE liner (≥3mm), withstands -20℃~180℃ and full vacuum. Full bore design with straight flow path, no reduced bore or complex dead zones, low fluid resistance, preventing viscous media sedimentation and clogging.Common models in stock with HG/GB/DIN/ANSI flange standards available.

JOEPAI Fluorine Lined Flange Ball Valve is a corrosion-resistant shut-off valve widely used in the chemical, environmental protection, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and smelting industries. Adopting a full bore structure design and lined with PTFE, FEP or PFA material, it can efficiently block the corrosion of strong corrosive media on the valve body metal, and maintain long-term sealing and operation in extreme working conditions such as hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, concentrated nitric acid, and strong alkali. The composite structure of the metal body and non-metallic anti-corrosion lining solves the common industry pain point of ordinary metal valves failing under corrosive conditions. The full bore design eliminates reduced-diameter dead zones, resulting in far lower fluid resistance than same-size globe valves and check valves, while the fully lined ball forms a precise sealing pair with the seat to achieve zero-leakage performance when closed. Manufactured using an integral compression lining process, the fluoroplastic lining is tightly bonded to the carbon steel valve body, preventing peeling or bulging even in long-term service. The low-friction inner lining also avoids medium clogging or jamming during operation, ensuring stable performance in applications that require extremely high levels of corrosion control.
