This ball valve incorporates multiple advanced technologies to ensure outstanding reliability, safety, and long life:

Extremely Low Fluid Resistance: Its flow path design, particularly the full-bore model, creates virtually no resistance, effectively reducing energy loss in the piping system. Even the reduced-bore model exhibits significantly lower flow resistance than other valve types.

Smooth and Flexible Operation: A thrust bearing installed at the bottom of the valve stem significantly reduces operating torque, ensuring smooth, flexible operation and rapid response.

Excellent Sealing Performance: The valve seat is made of high-performance elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The ingenious sealing structure automatically increases sealing force as media pressure increases, achieving a reliable, zero-leakage seal.

Reliable Stem Seal: The valve stem rotates only 90 degrees, without sliding up or down, significantly reducing wear on the packing seal. Similar to the valve seat, its sealing performance is even more reliable under high media pressure.

Extremely Long Service Life: Thanks to the self-lubricating properties of PTFE, the friction coefficient between the ball and the valve seat is extremely low, resulting in low wear, significantly extending the valve's service life.

Safe and Fireproof Design: The valve stem adopts a "bottom-mounted" structure. This prevents the stem from blowing out in the event of an abnormal increase in internal pressure. In the event of fire accidental failure of the flexible seal, the metal-to-metal contact ridge between the valve stem and the valve body creates a secondary metal-to-metal seal, ensuring emergency shutoff functionality and complying with fire protection standards such as API 607/6FA.

Built-in Anti-Static Device: Conductive springs are installed between the ball, stem, and valve body to quickly dissipate static charges generated during opening and closing operations, preventing potential hazards caused by static accumulation. This is particularly suitable for use with flammable and explosive media.

Powerful Pneumatic Actuator

This valve is equipped with the new GT series (rack and pinion) or AW series (scoring yoke, suitable for large diameters) pneumatic actuator, offering high output torque, compact design, and safe and reliable operation.

Multiple operating modes: Available in double-acting (air-to-open, air-to-close) and single-acting (spring return) modes. The spring return model automatically returns to the fully open or fully closed safety position in the event of an air supply failure, a key feature in implementing safety interlocks.

High-quality materials and design: The cylinder is constructed of high-strength aluminum alloy, which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The dual-piston structure ensures maximum output torque in a compact package.

Flexible manual operation: Manual operating mechanisms (such as the HVSD) can be installed on the top or bottom of the actuator. During commissioning or in the event of a power or air outage, the actuator can be instantly switched to manual mode for easy maintenance.

Precise Adjustment: The rack connection and adjustment screws at both ends allow for fine adjustment of the valve's initial and final positions (typically within a ±4° adjustment range between 0° and 90°), ensuring precise synchronization with the control signal and achieving precise flow control.

Comprehensive Accessory Options (Achieving Automation and Control)

A complete automation control unit can be constructed by selecting a variety of accessories, easily integrating into a DCS or PLC system:

Control Accessories: Single/Dual Solenoid Valves receive electrical signals to control valve movement.

Feedback Accessories: Limit Switch Feedback Units transmit the valve's real-time position (open/closed/fault) as a digital signal to the control room.

Regulating Accessories: Electric or pneumatic positioners and electric converters receive analog signals such as 4-20mA, enabling continuous proportional adjustment and precise positioning of the valve. These are core components for achieving the regulating function.

Air Conditioning Accessories: Air filter pressure reducing valves or air conditioning triplexes provide stable, clean compressed air to the actuator, ensuring long-term, stable operation of the valve.

Standard connection: The actuator interface adopts ISO 5211 international standard, making installation and replacement extremely convenient.
