GB Stanrard 2PC Flanged Stainless Steel Ball Valve PN16

The GB Stanrard 2PC Flanged Stainless Steel Ball Valve PN16 is composed of a piston type pneumatic actuator and a flanged American standard ball valve. The ball valve adopts American standard API608 and API6D, and can adopt full bore or reduced structure, with low flow resistance and reliable sealing. For liquefied gas and natural gas media, anti-static structures can be used to ensure that the resistance between the valve stem and valve body, or between the valve stem, sphere, and valve body, is less than 10 ohms. There is a floating ball or fixed ball structure. The flange adopts ANSI/ASME B16.5 standard and can be installed or replaced with imported equipment. Pneumatic American standard ball valves are widely used in automatic control systems for industries such as petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking, for remote centralized control or on-site control.

Pneumatic American standard flange ball valve is a type of valve that rotates 90 degrees around the axis perpendicular to the channel. It consists of a piston type double acting or single acting (spring reset type) pneumatic actuator and an American standard O-type ball valve structure. By driving the cylinder piston with compressed air, the gear rack mechanism is activated, and the gear output shaft rotates, driving the valve stem and valve core to rotate and achieve valve opening and closing actions. Pneumatic American standard flange ball valves are equipped with accessory solenoid valves, air filter pressure reducers, limit switches (valve position feedback devices) or electric pneumatic valve positioners to achieve automatic adjustment control or two position cut-off control of fluid media in process pipelines.
