One Piece Stainless Steel Internal Thread Hexagon Ball Valve is a one-piece threaded ball valve with a hex-shaped body. The hex profile lets you clamp the valve directly with a wrench during installation, so you do not need extra wrench lugs on the body. That makes it a good fit for small bore pipelines where space is tight.
We offer NPT, BSPT, BSPP(G) internal threads. Tell us the standard and we will process accordingly. Other thread standards can be customized on request.
Standard rating is 1000PSI (PN64), and the high pressure version can withstand up to 2000PSI (137bar). Please confirm the exact rating you need before ordering.
The hexagonal one-piece stainless steel ball valve comes with a reduced port as standard. If you need a different port configuration, please contact us to discuss availability.
With PTFE seat, the working temperature is below 150°C. With PPL seat, the working temperature can go up to 300°C. Please choose the seat material based on your actual working temperature.
