High Pressure Monoblock Ball Valves

JOEPAI factory made High Pressure Monoblock Ball Valves are made in Forged Steel A105,F304 or F316.Its single-piece body construction ensures high leak-tightness and eliminates weld points, significantly reducing the risk of leaks. Monoblock ball valves are widely used across industrial and commercial applications, especially in pipelines carrying chemical substances.

The JOEPAI durable high pressure monoblock ball valves are specifically designed for precise flow control of liquids and gases.A perforated ball inside the valve rotates to start or stop the flow. Operation can be performed manually via a lever or automatically using an actuator. The robust stainless steel body offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear, ensuring long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.The valve contains a spherical ball with a central hole, rotated via a stem. When the hole is aligned parallel to the pipeline, flow is released; when perpendicular, flow is completely stopped.This rotation can be done manually or with an automatic actuator. The design ensures a high‑integrity seal between the ball and seat, providing safe operation even during sudden pressure changes.
